Ebony and Pink Pearl is a Mentoring and Enrichment program for young girls ages 11-18 established in the beautiful city of Long Beach California. We serve girls in various surrounding cities in the (Los Angeles, South Bay Area, Lakewood, Inglewood, Compton areas) foster their unique gifts and talents. To help them understand their identity, value and worth by empowering them with confidence to accomplish all their future aspirations.
Our mission is to help cultivate sisterhood, develop leadership skills, promote academic excellence, and to empower girls to know “I AM MY SISTER’S KEEPER ” Participants accomplish our organization’s mission through our 6 target enrichment programming: Goal Setting, Personal Image & Social Development, Etiquette 101 College and Career Preparation, Leadership Development and Sisterhood Circles.
As an organization we believe that mentorship is the key to building stronger communities. And is through this approach we can empower the next generation. Our goal is to inspire young girls in the community with the skills to empower and lead in a positive manner.

Ebony and Pink Pearls Girls will learn how to make S.M.A.R.T goals, understand the importance to long-term and short -term goals, create vision boards and purpose portraits to affirm their dreams and aspirations
#2| Personal Image & Social Development
Ebony and pink Pearl Girls will learn and understand the importance of embracing her unique identity, the value of personal self-care, how to socialize and connect with others, and understand the positive and negative affects to personal branding and social media.
#3| College and Career Prep
Ebony and Pink Pearls Girls will learn how to properly conduct themselves in the community, various occasions, including ceremonies, formal events, and everyday life
#4| Leadership Development
Ebony and Pink Pearls Girls will learn about their various leadership skills and abilities that will foster their individual leadership qualities and characteristics. This will empower our girls to make positive change in their community.
#5| ETIQUETTE 101
Ebony and Pink Pearls Girls will learn how to properly conduct themselves in the community, various occasions, including ceremonies, formal events, and everyday life.
